As the online world becomes more intense, we need ways to decompress together in person. Build relationships with real people in the real world. After starting Frontier in Feb, we started inviting talented people into Airtree’s office for lunch on Fridays. Now it’s my favourite hour of the week.
One of Airtree’s values is “Enjoy the Ride”. I want to start living up to this newsletter’s name (and enjoying the ride myself) by making more connections between people this year. Not networking. Just having conversations about random things with other smart people. Watch this space.
