I wonder what needs to happen for podcasts to take marketshare from radio? Podcasts are already more convenient than radio and cheaper than paid radio. Are podcasts even taking marketshare from them? Or are they mostly growing by creating a new market?
Great article. I think today's news about Anchor integration and ability to include music from spotify to your podcast feeds well into this.
I guess a question worth asking is - if the back of the envelope math, which i tend to agree with, points to a 40-50% price growth in 2-3 years, why bother?! There are some big IFs in here and a 2-digit return in that time frame doesn't seem to justify the risk.
Fantastic read, enjoyed and learned a lot from the analysis!
Great read. Quite a thorough analysis!

Thanks, Jax, for sharing your opinion and such a thorough analysis.
At today's share price, looks like the market has priced in 3 years of growth with 100% certainty (discounting for Jun-Oct actuals).
Great piece. I was wondering if you could help me understand this part (may be with an example and some mock numbers)
... “grow fast until your opex as a % of revenue declines and you start generating huge cash flows”
Appreciate the help
